Welcome to SolidMeta, a leading platform designed to foster creativity and efficiency in your creative projects through innovative AI technology. Our suite of services, including innovative data storage, sharing solutions, and advanced AI generation and analytics features, is designed to elevate your creative endeavors. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SolidMeta’s services, software, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

About SolidMeta

SolidMeta is operated by Unevis Ventures, LDA, a company registered in Madeira, Portugal, which provides the Services and holds the intellectual property rights to the SolidMeta platform. Distribution of the software, revenue collection, and customer support are handled by Unevis GmbH, a company registered in Germany. For the purposes of these Terms, “SolidMeta”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Unevis Ventures, LDA, unless otherwise specified.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to specific components of our Services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Definitions

 

  • “Services”: All software, websites, and services provided by SolidMeta.
  • “Content Data”: Files, 2D & 3D media content, messages, and any materials you provide on the platform.
  • “AI Analytics”: The processing and analysis of data through AI for service improvement and personalized experiences.
  • “AI-Generated Content”: Images, 3D files, or other materials created using SolidMeta’s AI tools.

AI-Enhanced Features and Analytics

SolidMeta employs AI to deliver tailored and improved user experiences through:

 

  • Task Engagement & Management: Optimizing collaboration by analyzing user task engagement.
  • Incident Analysis: Enhancing reliability and support by examining incident tickets and patterns.
  • Project Efficiency: Refining project management tools through analysis of project timelines and digital metadata.
  • Digital Metadata: Providing comprehensive metadata analysis for your 3D modeling and 2D media projects.
  • Anonymous Tracking: When enabled by an administrator, this feature allows for the collection of activity data without personal identification, ensuring privacy while providing valuable insights.
  • AI Analytics Using Communication Data: We employ AI analytics on chat messages and timings to offer our Analytics Services.

     

AI Training with Your Content

Your content enriches our AI’s learning, enabling sophisticated features such as image recognition and generative AI services. By using our Services, you permit us to use your Content Data for these purposes, including to train and improve our AI models.
AI-Generated Content

SolidMeta’s AI tools allow you to generate images, 3D files, and other content (“AI-Generated Content”). The following terms apply to AI-Generated Content:

 

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of AI-Generated Content you create, subject to applicable laws. You are free to use your AI-Generated Content for commercial purposes, including selling, licensing, or distributing it. However, AI-Generated Content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions due to its AI-generated nature. You are responsible for determining the legal status of your AI-Generated Content.
  • License to SolidMeta: By generating AI-Generated Content, you grant SolidMeta a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, share (as directed by you), and analyze such content for the purposes of providing the Services, improving our AI models, and ensuring compliance with these Terms. This includes using AI-Generated Content to train our AI systems, unless you opt out where applicable.
  • User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for AI-Generated Content you create and share. You must ensure that:
    • AI-Generated Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
    • AI-Generated Content complies with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws.
    • You do not use AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or unethical (e.g., deepfakes, explicit material, or content that violates third-party rights).
  • Limitations: AI-Generated Content is based on our AI models, which may be trained on data from various sources. We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or legality of AI-Generated Content. You acknowledge that AI-Generated Content may resemble other works and that SolidMeta is not liable for any resulting disputes or claims.
  • Transparency: Where required by law, you agree to disclose that content was generated by AI when sharing or publishing AI-Generated Content outside the platform.

Your Content & Permissions

When using our Services, you may provide us with your files, 2D & 3D media content, messages, creative and non-creative texts, and other materials (“Your Content”), including AI-Generated Content. You retain ownership of Your Content. We require your permission to host, back up, and share Your Content when you direct us to. You grant us and our trusted partners the necessary permissions to provide the Services to you. You assure that sharing Your Content through our Services infringes no one’s rights. By using our Services, you grant SolidMeta a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Your Content and chat data for the purposes of AI training, analytics, and providing the Services, including sharing as directed by you. This helps us develop, test, and enhance the features and functionalities offered to you.

Content Sharing and Moderation

 

SolidMeta’s DataHub module enables you to share Your Content, including AI-Generated Content, with other users or publicly, as determined by your sharing settings. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it complies with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws.

 

  • User Control: You may control the visibility of Your Content (e.g., private, shared with specific users, or public) through the platform’s settings. You can modify or delete Your Content at any time, subject to our data retention policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Moderation: We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws. We may use automated tools and human moderators to identify and address prohibited content.
  • Reporting Violations: If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, you may report it to us at info@solidmeta.io. We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.
  • Content Removal Requests: You may request the removal of Your Content from the platform by contacting us. We will process such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We are not responsible for the content shared by users or for disputes arising from such content. By sharing content, you agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws governing content sharing.
Your Responsibilities
Your use of the SolidMeta Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Ensure that:
  • You have the right to access, review, and request changes to your personal data. For any such requests, please contact us directly through the provided contact details.
  • You have the necessary rights to Your Content, including AI-Generated Content, and that sharing it through our Services does not infringe on anyone’s rights.
  • You keep your account details and password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You understand that your use of the Services is at your own risk and that you’re responsible for any loss or damage arising from that use.

     

The DataHub Module

The DataHub module is specifically designed for the storage, management, and sharing of digital content, including AI-Generated Content. When using DataHub, you agree to:
  • Not store or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is illegal, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Acknowledge that we may impose limits on your storage usage and bandwidth to ensure optimal service performance for all users.

Intellectual Property Rights

When you create using SolidMeta’s array of services, including AI-generated images and 3D files, your intellectual property rights are fully respected and protected. You retain ownership over the content you produce, including AI-Generated Content, subject to the limitations outlined in the AI-Generated Content section. We claim no ownership rights to your work. SolidMeta is granted a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including AI training, analytics, and sharing as directed by you, as outlined in these Terms. We are committed to fostering a creative ecosystem where your rights are recognized and upheld.

 

Data Privacy and Security

We prioritize the security of your data and are committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal and project information. Our platform employs advanced encryption, secure data storage, and network protection technologies to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, and misuse. We regularly update our security practices and protocols to stay ahead of potential threats, ensuring that your content, project details, and messages remain secure. Service Availability and Reliability

SolidMeta strives to ensure our services are always accessible and reliable. However, occasional maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may disrupt service availability. We pledge to communicate any planned downtime in advance and to promptly address service interruptions to minimize any inconvenience to you. Our team works around the clock to monitor performance and swiftly resolve any issues to maintain the high reliability you expect from us.

 

Subscription and Payment

Access to certain Services or features, including premium functionalities, may require a paid subscription. Payments for subscriptions are processed by Unevis GmbH, a company registered in Germany. Detailed subscription terms, payment methods, and conditions will be provided at the time of purchase.

 

Modifications to Services

SolidMeta continually evolves its Services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of the Services or any feature, without notice and liability.
Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve it informally first. Please contact us at info@solidmeta.io. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to binding individual arbitration or small claims court, except as provided in these Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Madeira, Portugal, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

 

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. SolidMeta will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to, copyright infringement, illegal conduct, harassment, or security breaches. Affected users will be notified and given an explanation for the action taken. Users have the opportunity to appeal account suspensions or terminations by contacting our support team, providing a platform for review and potential reinstatement.

 

User Account and Registration

To use SolidMeta’s Services, users must register and create an account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create a SolidMeta account. By registering, you affirm that you meet the age requirement. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy. SolidMeta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

 

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Users are expected to use SolidMeta’s Services responsibly and legally. Actions that infringe on the rights of others or violate laws are prohibited. Prohibited content and activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
  • Content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Sharing content that violates the privacy or personal rights of others.
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or spam.
  • Using AI tools to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or unethical, such as deepfakes, explicit material, or content that violates third-party rights.

Copyright and DMCA Policy

SolidMeta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, including in AI-Generated Content, please provide our designated agent with the written information specified by the DMCA. Our DMCA policy, including contact information for our designated agent, is available on our website.

 

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

SolidMeta provides its Services “as is” and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidMeta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SolidMeta shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its Services, including damages related to user-shared content or AI-Generated Content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content shared or generated by users, including AI-Generated Content, and we assume no liability for disputes arising from such content.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their SolidMeta subscription at any time. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, users can manage their subscriptions through their account settings or contact our customer support. While our subscriptions are generally non-refundable, exceptions may apply in certain circumstances or jurisdictions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please reach out to us with your request and supporting details for evaluation.

 

Modifications to the Service

SolidMeta is committed to continuous improvement and innovation. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features, functionalities, or aspects of our services as we evolve.
